Long-time MedTech members know Guideline Medical, an international provider of FDA regulatory consulting services and an integral part of New York’s bio/med ecosystem. Earlier this year, Guideline acquired Compliance Team Inc. (CTI), a leading provider of commissioning, validation and compliance consulting services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries and named Guideline president, Michelle Bonn, as CEO of the combined company.
Compliance Team Inc., based in Chicago, IL was founded in 2003 and has served clients nationwide including Pfizer, Fujifilm, Fresenius Kabi, Curium and GE Healthcare. Founder Sam DeMarco notes that “this acquisition, broadens our technical capabilities to better support clients domestically and internationally.” He continues, “Our consistent pursuit of excellence over the years has been the key to our growth and reputation as a trusted partner to our clients by providing them with best in-class technical staffing, project management, commissioning, validation and regulatory compliance consulting services."
Buffalo based Guideline Medical has long been known for its excellence in the regulatory consulting arena on projects worldwide. “CTI shares our high standard for business integrity and attentive customer service. We are pleased to stay true to those standards while offering even more services and expertise to both current and future clients,” explains Michelle Bonn, Guideline Medical President and CEO.
Compliance Team Inc will operate as Compliance Team, LLC while retaining all current services and employees. Michelle will take the helm as CEO for both Guideline Medical and Compliance Team, LLC, which will operate under the umbrella of Guideline Medical.
