CBET has advanced contract research services in cell line, process, and assay development, as well as microbial fermentation, mammalian cell culture, protein purification and downstream processing.

The Center for Advanced Ceramic Technology (CACT) at Alfred University links industry with academic and technical resources in support of applied research in ceramics and glass. Our emphasis is developing solutions to real-world problems faced by industry to ensure practical and scalable processes. CACT works to help firms develop next-generation ceramic and glass materials and products, and provides access to a suite of analytical services.

MMRI is an internationally recognized biomedical research institute founded by the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons in the State of New York in 1958. The MMRI is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for all humankind. The New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics & Life Sciences (COE) was created in Buffalo, New York in 2002 as part of more than $200 million dollars in investment from state, federal, industry and philanthropic sources to create a hub of life sciences expertise and innovation in Upstate New York. The SUNY Research Foundation (RF) is the largest comprehensive university-connected research foundation in the country.
