Excellus CEO Klein to retire at year end

David Klein, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield president and CEO, who also serves as Lifetime Healthcare Cos. Inc. president and CEO, will retire at the end of 2012 after 40 years in the health insurance industry, Blues officials said Tuesday.
