Holly Pavliscsak, BS, MHSA, is contracted under the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) with The Geneva Foundation and assigned to the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), of the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. She currently serves TATRC as the Project Manager for mCare and has over three years experience in the mobile health arena. Holly’s background includes a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Georgia Southern University, a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration (MHSA) and an Editing and Writing certification by the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).
